Every great design starts with an inkling.
I'm a Lead Designer from Dublin with a passion for digital design, creative direction, and people management. I have 9 years experience in design, 3 of which are in lead roles. I currently work as a freelance Lead Designer designing brand identities and UI systems.
I recently finished up working with Indeed's award winning in-house creative agency where I designed, provided creative direction, and managed the EMEA team. I held a lead role in several significant projects such as the annual conference, sports sponsorships, global advertising campaigns, and the company rebrand.
I graduated in 2020 with a Professional Diploma in UX Design.

I have 9 years full-time experience in design. This work consists of brand, motion, and product. Significant projects include sports sponsorships, company branding, websites, event apps, and advertising campaigns.
While at Indeed I provided creative direction for our internal designers and our external partners. I held a lead role on multiple global projects and provided direction for strategy, messaging, and design.
I have over 3 years experience mentoring multiple designers in both Europe and the US. This work involves design and performance reviews, regular 1:1s, long-term career objectives etc.
Mike is one of the most creative and talented individuals I've met. I had the pleasure of working with him for a year at Cultrix Media, collaborating together on several graphic, web and mobile projects.
