WHO AM I?

I'm a Lead Designer from Dublin with over 10 years experience in design, 3 of which are in lead roles.

I'm a Lead Designer with a passion for digital design, creative direction, and people management. I have 10 years experience, 3 of which are in lead roles. I currently work as a Senior Product Designer for Ryanair. I graduated in 2020 with a Professional Diploma in UX Design.

Digital design

I have 10 years full-time experience in design. This work consists of brand, motion, and product. Significant projects include company branding, design systems, event apps, and advertising campaigns.

Direction

I've held a lead role on multiple global projects and have provided direction for strategy, messaging, and design. I provide design direction to internal designers, developers and external partners.

People management

I have over 3 years experience mentoring multiple designers in both Europe and the US. This work involves design and performance reviews, regular 1:1s, long-term career objectives etc.
